About Bill Carson:

Bill Carson is a passionate Mental Health Advocate who speaks from a lived experience of mental health challenges of depression, anxiety and addictions for over 30 years.
Bill experienced childhood traumas of major heart surgery at four, death of his father at five, domestic violence during his teens, and major illness of his first wife.
In 2016, Bill healed himself of anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts and began his journey as a mental health advocate.
Bill Carson is committed to giving back and currently volunteers his time as a Lifeline Telephone Crisis Supporter and trains leaders and managers in various industry sectors on Mental Health First Aid.
