The Real Estate Sector has been hit hard by higher interest rates with the sector being down more than 25% year to date. In this episode we do a dive into Allied Properties REIT which has seen its price go down by more than 40% since the start of 2022. Allied is traded on the TSX and currently has a dividend that yields more than 6.5%.
