Sam Wilson, played by Anthony Mackie, has now fully accepted the mantle of Captain America and is out fighting for us in the middle of an international incident. We have a new president, Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross (played by Harrison Ford) and a new powerful element discovered in international waters — Adamantium. Beloved characters find themselves torn between personal efforts to do better and pressures that can often make us worse. Nefarious plots, government secrets, and a collision of the old and new mark “Captain America: Brave New World” and Anthony Mackie’s first foray into full captain. Let’s get into it!
