Ste Lane is the host of Radical Health Radio, Heart and Soil's new podcast focusing on becoming the healthiest and happiest version of yourself. We were excited to have Ste on the podcast because he brings such a complete perspective on what it means to be happy and healthy. Ste was born in the UK and grew up with an interest in the world of health and wellness, eventually studying Sports Therapy. After his career as a mixed martial artist, Ste began focusing on how to share what he knows about health after studying it at university and applying it in athletics.
