Directed by Gia Coppola and written by “Good Place” screenwriter Kate Gersten, “The Last Showgirl” stars Pamela Anderson as a professional dancer whose long-running show on the Las Vegas Strip abruptly closes and leaves her reflecting on the last 30 years of her career. With costumes by Bob Mackie and a powerful cast including Marvel Cinematic Universe alum Dave Bautista and Oscar-winner Jamie Lee Curtis, this haunting story of the way times change shines a spotlight on the consequences of our life choices. It also stars Brenda Song (“Dollface”), Billie Lourd (“American Horror Story”), and Kieran Shipka (“Mad Men”, “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina Spellman”). Aesthetically and emotionally rich, “The Last Showgirl” will challenge you to ask, “What have I lost in my pursuit of glory?” Let’s get into it!
