Tanya has over twenty years of experience in investment banking, investor relations, and diversity and inclusion, having worked at J.P. Morgan, Nomura, and the CFA Institute.

In this conversation, Tanya shares her career journey, working in a male-oriented environment, imposter syndrome, misconceptions about working in finance, and the importance of having role models.
