Julie Gates is a real estate investor, property manager, and agent living in Savannah, GA. Julie specializes in Short Term Rentals. Julie manages both short term rentals and also 30+ night rentals in the Savannah, GA area and in other locations around the US. Julie started her short term rental management company, Sid Was Here, in 2017. She named it after her son’s squirrel rescue, which is named for his first rescue, Sid. Her portfolio is made up of commercial property, single-family homes, multi-family homes, and one hotel. Julie spends most of her time doing property management and is also as an agent with EXP Realty, focusing on out-of-state investors looking to invest in the Savannah market.
