New Cosmos USA is recalling DeNova Detect Brand Combination Natural Gas and Carbon Monoxide Alarms. After an alert is triggered, these alarms tend to go into sleep mode and fail to warn of subsequent natural gas and carbon monoxide dangers.

About 26,360 units were sold at Lowe’s stores nationwide and online at Amazon.com, Lowes.com, and Denovadetect.com.

Contact the company at at denovadetect.com/safetynotice-dd622 to receive a prepaid shipping package and replacement alarm. Use the recalled alarms until you install the replacement alarm. You’ll ship the defective alarm back in the prepaid shipping package.
