ETH++: A roadmap to (real) decentralization in a world of centralized power

This strategy includes leveraging technologies like Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs) to spread computation across the network and gradually diminishing the influence of TEE providers. The speaker stresses that achieving genuine decentralization requires a collective commitment from both developers and users to prevent power from becoming concentrated in existing centralized systems.
