Mike Singletary is an NFL Hall- of- Famer, Super Bowl Champion and one of the Top 100 NFL Players of All-Time. This episode is all about understanding what it takes to cultivate a championship mindset, how to handle adversity and why failing is an essential ingredient on the path to greatness!

Mike grew up with a tremendous amount of adversity became the “man of the house” at the age of 12 and that’s when he wrote out that he wanted to be a NFL all time great player! After playing college football for the Baylor Bears, Singletary was drafted by the Chicago Bears in the second round of the 1981 NFL Draft and was known as "The Heart of the Defense" for the Chicago Bears' Monsters of the Midway in the mid-1980s. He was part of their Super Bowl XX championship team that beat the New England Patriots. Singletary was inducted into the Texas Sports Hall of Fame in 1995 and into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1998.

Mike along with his wife Kim established the Change Our Perspective foundation to help make a difference. They do this by developing future leaders and healthier communities through the use of innovative technology, educational access, vocational services, and health and mental wellness enhancements.
