On February 23, 2022, in the early morning hours, Tara Pakanich was sleeping at her home in Green Bay, Wisconsin, when suddenly, she heard a slam from the storm door. Curious, she decided to go downstairs to see if her son, 24 year old Shad Thyrion, was still there or if he had left with Taylor. Upon reaching the basement, Tara searched for Shad but couldn't find him.
