[34:20] As a leading expert who has achieved a degree of authority, credibility, respect within an online community that's not mine and never will be, how do you think about balancing short term noise, drama, deadlines versus longer term vision, cohesion, direction when trying to build unity as you've described it?

[42:46] Is there going to be any “hand-holding” when it comes to generating leads to expose the new Unity Magnet to? I do have a marketing budget, but don't want to blow it on beginners mistakes.
