In my 30’s I was out of shape, unhealthy and unmotivated. Today I’m fitter than ever, compete in competitions covering a wide range of sports and have great fun doing so. However, I don’t take any of it too seriously and believe in a balanced lifestyle. My aim is not to be the best, but simply enjoy what I do and try to perform (a little) above average.
