She had a small growth on her leg that looked like a wart when she went to the doctor they put acid on it to remove it but she ended up getting a blister the size of a dime when that healed it’s now a brown spot is there anything to make the brown spot go away thank you

Jackie: xanthelasma. What is it? Can I get rid of it on my eyelid? Also how to prevent it. And is it true it's a sign of heart disease? Sorry for multiple questions. Lara: Hi, dr. Cabral.. I started incorporating apple cider vinegar while drinking my 1L of lemon water and between protocol supplements and the probiotic in the mornings.. It’s before I consume any food since the (currently parasite) protocol supplements and probiotic have to be taken on an empty stomach.. After I drink ACV or even when I use fire cider (since it’s predominantly ACV) I usually get really lightheaded, have a weird feeling around the eyes (slight headache even) and slightly itchy cheeks and sometimes also a weird feeling in the stomach (heavy, some blunt pressure or even slight pain).. What could be the reason for it? What am I doing wrong? If you could please explain how it work a little bit so I could understand it a bit more and change something.. thank you so much!

Spencer: Hello Dr. Cabral Sorry for the long message, but wanted to include the details. I’m 32 year old male. Have been sick for a decade now. Have homozygous COMT and het MTHFR. Have elevated fungal markers on my OAT and never have any of the beneficial bacteria (lactobacillus and bifido) on my gut tests. Told I Have CIRS. Tried the cbo earlier this year followed by 1 month of the cbo finisher without results, but I was under a lot of stress while doing it ( floating bms, burpy after eating, dry skin, shakey without starch and meat meals, hair falling out, low T3, high SHBG on labs). Wondering what you suggest should be my next approach. Was going to run the big 5 plus the gut a parasite test and work with one of your coaches, but would like your opinion on things. Thanks

Heather: Would love to ask u about biotin - I recently came off it for a week or two and I needed to go back on - the body tingling was terrible and I started to feel anxiety bad and my circulation seems to be off as well . Is it possible biotin could balance a person ? Would a dr order a b7 test ??
