Sarah: Hi Cabral! I'm 27 female, I've been suffering with UTIs and yeast infections for a few years now (as well as low hormones estrogen, prog, test + high cortisol), acne since 20. Previous hormone test also showed heavy metals and liver not detoxing properly. On research I've seen candida and parasites go hand in hand? And that there is an order to cleansing/healing. I don't have the funds to do multiple tests, I've already tried a bunch of things (dmannose, garlic, oregano oil, caprylic acid, sugar elimination ETC) - still dealing with issues, want to heal for good. Where do I start/what do I tackle first? I'm taking a biofilm disruptor + probiotics, planning on trying antimicrobal herbs again and maybe start doing castor oil packs and coffee enemas. Unsure how to do parasite cleanse? Thanks!

Kay: Hi Dr. Cabral I can't thank you enough for the rain barrel effect, it has changed my life. I am wondering what your exact protocol for removal Mercury dental fillings. For context I ran the big 5 as I have candida and a very sensitive gut, and psoarisis. I wanted to know the root cause before starting to try and get pregnant. I came back high on mercury, and aluminum. Running 3 week functional medicine d e tox and then heavy metal detox. I am coordinating with a iaomt dentist, what else would you do knowing that I would like to get pregnant in the future.

Nicole: If my son becomes a patient of yours, can you cure his EoE?

Kelsi: hi dr. cabral! have you heard of mucous membrane pemphigoid? i am asking on behalf of my dad who has been struggling with swollen lips, lesions on the inner bottom lip and extreme sensitivity to anything citric/acidic based. he was referred to a specialty dermatologist by our amazing biological dentist. any additional info, things to do/avoid would be awesome. thank you.
