Audrey: Hi Dr. Cabral, Have you ever heard of a detox foot bath? My dad is doing them at health center here, where he soaks his feet for 30 mins in a copper basin. They add salt and electrodes to the water. After 30 mins the water is a nasty brownish color which must be the toxins being pulled from the body. Is this legit? And how does this work? Thanks

Stephanie: Hi Dr. Cabral! I had a question about how you find all new and recent research studies. I am a registered nurse looking into getting into nurse research and focus in functional medicine. I have been following you for years and have learned so much from your wisdom. Almost every podcast it seems you have a new and very recent research study (esp on Friday review shows) and wondering if you look up new studies every day or if you have some system or alerts you use that notifies you of new research studies that might interest you? If so, what are the major research databases do you use? Thank you for your passion in this field, you have taught me so much and canâ€™t wait to start IHP in the future.

Kay: Hi Dr. Cabral, I would like to thank you and your team for everything you and your team,. Jan/24 did the big 5 to figure out the root cause of Psoriasis, Bloating/gas and prep pre-pregnancy. We flagged: - Mercury/aluminum, Candida Overgrowth, High Oxalic Acid High Cortisol, Low DHEA I ran the 21 detox (psoriasis 95% gone, Auto immune markers gone bloodwork) I started Heavy Metal detox/IC & estrogen balance/ultimate sleep --> full CBO + daily sauna/destress protocol. Questions: Is there any downside to adding mastic gum for gas/bloating to the CBO protocol (I cannot stool test international)? How can we support sleep during pregnancy/breastfeeding . I have not slept this well s since my TBI 12 years and missed the melatonin for 2 nights and really felt it - Thanks in advance
