Anonymous: Hi I found organic olives (after years of not eating them bc of shady ingredients) &wondering if these are ok?They're organic green olives & organic Kalamata olives in water, non-iodized sea salt, organic wine vinegar, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic oregano, organic basil. We tend to eat a lot of them in the evening with dinner (or after dinner), is that a bad time to eat a lot of olives?How many would you recommend, considering we do put olive oil or pumpkin seed oil on our plate as well? Is dinner not the right meal to eat olives considering there's fat? &food combining with olives? In one of your handouts they're in the PROTEIN section, so they shouldn't be combined with fats and carbs..? In the other handout they're in the FAT section.. please explain The Olive Mystery, ty

Adriana: Hi Dr. Cabral I did my best research I could regarding my question. Hoping you can expand on the topic. In episode 2487, you touch on the subject of drinking mushroom coffee while pregnant. You don't recommend it because mushrooms are immune modulators. Why do immune modulators Negatively impact pregnancy? Also, is it safe to drink mushroom coffee while trying to get pregnant? My mushroom coffee contains lions mane, chaga & reishi. Thank you!!

Diane: Hi Dr. Cabral Iâ€™ve been listening to your podcast since 2018. It has definitely been a positive influence on my life. I have a question about TSH test. Iâ€™m 66 years old female. Both test were taking while fasting. I did a finger-stick at 4:30 AM and then I did a blood draw at 8:30 AM, both were done in about a three week span. The fingerstick said my TSH was five the blood drawn said my TSH was 2.42. I did not get my T4 T3. Can you explain why the huge difference. With the blood drawn be more accurate thanks. Diane

Justin: I have struggled with candida since I was 25 I'm not 41 I have been checked by a doctor and she just put me on dyfucan it killed them like your said in podcast but they came back my sugar cravings are mainly at night. I got sleep apnea at 36 I know have type 2 diabetes from I believe my diet and my stress. I have lowered my a1c from 10.5 to 6.5 by eating cleaner I've dropped my blood sugars to 140s but Iâ€'m trying to completely reverse it and Iâ'm so confused on what path to go on with the candida and the type 2 eating clean and detoxing I workout everyday and I have lost weight but it's very slow when I took metformin I dropped weight fast but got off of it as I had neuropathy from it I really want coaching and some help to master this healing I appreciate anything information you can give
