S3E5 - Of Eros and Psyche Pt. 2

Season 12 of the "Greeking Out" podcast continues the story of Eros and Psyche. Psyche seeks Eros and faces trials from Aphrodite, including sorting grains, gathering golden wool from rams, and retrieving water from the River Styx. With help from an ant and a lullaby, she completes the first two tasks. She then gets water from the River Styx with the help of an eagle. For her final task, she must journey to the underworld to get beauty from Persephone. She gets the beauty, but on the way back, she opens the box and falls to her death. Eros revives her, and Zeus grants Psyche immortality, allowing them to live happily ever after. The podcast concludes with requests for future story suggestions and credits.
