Kendra Adachi⁠ is walking a path of deep service to awaken a remembrance of the divinity within while encouraging connection with the divinity around us. She practices reverence for the body and its erotic nature through emotional, physical, and spiritual modalities and feels our consumption is a choice that creates expansion or depletion.

As a certified health coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (click here to learn more: ⁠⁠⁠https://bit.ly/36Ctqhr⁠⁠⁠), having completed the four levels of personal development through Integrity Seminars (click here to learn more: ⁠⁠⁠https://bit.ly/39A3HrJ⁠⁠⁠), and having the gift of experiencing depression and mental illness, she has chosen to love her unique story and utilize its lessons to support others on their journey.

Kendra is in service to opening and receiving the nutrients of life that support expansion in sovereignty and the divine connection with the wisdom within. She believes in the power of approval of our creative erotic pulse and is devoted to reminding women and men that their unapologetic sexual expression (held responsibly) is a powerful medicine the world needs.

She holds space for women and men as a conduit to reconnect with their erotic truth through ⁠1-1 mentorship⁠ and group containers. She believes the body is a sacred guide and that as we choose to worship it with acceptance, approval, and permission, we become unwavering in our agency and sovereignty. Kendra believes in honoring our true appetite and savoring life, that food is an extension of our divine experience. She's leading a movement where women are coming together to dismantle the narratives that have starved us and reclaim our innate hunger and satiation with our bodies, expression, and primal power.
