Welcome to a new month, and with it, a new Monthly Medicine episode of the podcast, full of magic and special announcements that you are going to want to hear!

The theme for June is Take your Time, which is not so much the true expression of how the month will feel, but rather how to work with what the month is presenting us with. June is a month full of big goodbyes, wakeups, realizations, reflections, and letting go. We are invited to honor our feelings about those changes, to make space for our grief, and to unconditionally respect the process that we need to move through around it. We are transforming, and the energy of the month can help us to journey through the shifts with grace and compassion for ourselves.
