In the Calm is all about that flow state, the place when you are in total alignment with who you are meant to be, where Everything and anything can happen in a quantum second. THAT’s what its all about… Connecting to the people, ideas, tools, the resources that help you remember and re-connect to YOu. The whole you, the biggest version of YOU that you are being CALLED to show up for!

As we find each other, I want you to know it is not by chance that you are here…Maybe you’ve been feeling lost or uninspired, looking for answers, or not knowing how to get to that next level... You are in the right place.

I’m not here to tell you all the answers… I am here to inspire you to unlock the answers you already have inside you.

We are ALL built with our own personal, unique, super specific calling. This shows up in our dreams, our heart songs, and what we feel inspired by in the world around us. It can be SO overwhelming to try and navigate life, and business, health and wellness, or that next chapter alone.

I’ve been there.

As a multi-passionate soul. I have been a business strategist, entrepreneur, a recording artist, photographer, painter, and wellness and transformation coach for the past few decades. I've had the most amazing experiences, unbelievable successes and quantum leaps in every area of life. But… I’ve also had major failures, hit every wall you could imagine…I’ve overcome health issues, trauma, building everything, losing it all, rebuilding.

As MAJOR life explorer…I like to try it all…so of course I’ve got some pretty wild stories to share…but along the way I’ve found out what really mattered most… and how to help others do the same in their lives and businesses. The most insane thing about my journey is that deep inside I'd always known the answers! All of them!

I knew that the way I was living my life and showing up wasn’t my souls deep calling…. So I went on a quest to understand not only myself but also to better understand the why and how so many of us end up feeling trapped and living out lives that just don’t light us up.

I knew the answers all along, but just needed to be reconnected to my knowing and a little (ok a lot ) of help from my community to remember.

I created this podcast as a community for inspiration, resources, expansion, and growth.

A place we can go on a journey together… to find connection and to find real answers. The place I always dreamed of in my early journey.

We are the doers, the explorers, seekers, dreamers, the big thinkers and feelers, and those who take no holds back in living the life of our dreams. I know you feel that resonating in your SOUL!
