In this episode, the inspiring Sandy Cohen joins me for an exploration into life journeys. Sandy is a former journalist with the Associated Press turned Health Coach and now Podcaster! During her time at AP she was living what seemed to be the most perfect and glamorous life. Attending the most anticipated and glamorous events in Hollywood and taking home the best of the best swag goodies!

Sandy takes us on her journey of discovering how not only was this idealized life NOT right for her, it was actually creating some serious health issues in her life! We dive into how she made the leap from journalist to health coach after being inspired to help others after regaining her health and well-being.
