Hailing from Liverpool and now living in Venezuela, Francis turned to Twitter in 2020 when COVID closed his local gym and threatened his career as a personal trainer. Just 3 years later, he has a full roster of clients (with a growing waitlist) and has become one of the most well-respected strength coaches in the space.
